What are some poetic techniques used in the song "Earth Song" by Michael Jackson?
The title isn't used in the song which is important, but we know it's nature related..
There's a lot of rhetorical questions in the beginning such as, "what about sunrise?"
There is wheather imagery also "sunrise/rain"
He uses personification ("The crying Earth the weeping shores?")
There's repetition in the "Aaaaah" and the "What about us?" bit.
